Veggieful Sirloin Meatloaf

Ingredients

3/4 lb Cartlidge Meats natural fresh ground sirloin
1/2 small yellow onion, chopped
1 small Pineland Farms fryer pepper, diced
1 small Pineland Farms tomato, skin on, diced
1 leaf Pineland Farms kale, stem removed and finely chopped
1 cup Amish Country Store oatmeal
1 Cartlidge Meats farm fresh large egg
Salt & Pepper to taste

Veggie Meatloaf Glaze
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup Amish Country Store dark brown sugar
1 tsp Dijon mustard

Directions

Chop all veggies and herbs, with clean hands blend well with remaining ingredients. Divide mixture into 6 small loaves. Top each with glaze (optional). Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees and glaze is browned.
